It Resolved that Council of the Township of Clearview hereby receive report # LS-023-2026 ( Creemore Medical Centre Lease Agreements) dated September 28, 2026; and, That Council approves the Township entering into lease agreements with the current tenants for a three-year term, with the option for renewal, for the six (6) suites/spaces that are available at the Creemore Medical Centre; and, That Council approves an annual increase of 3%, to be effective on each of the following dates: · October 1, 2026 · October 1, 2027 · October 1, 2028; and, That the Clerk be authorized to make any minor amendments to the lease agreements, as generally outlined in Appendix A, prior to execution; and, That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the leases on behalf of the Township; and, That the Clerk and Director of Finance be given the authority to find new tenant(s) if there is a lease termination within the term.
