Be It Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment hereby approve the meeting minutes dated April 8, 2026, as presented.

McArthur Be It Resolved, that the Committee of Adjustment of the Township of Clearview hereby: Approves minor variance 26-A04 pertaining to lands at 187 Edward Street East, Creemore to permit the expansion of a commercial self-storage facility use, to permit an additional 41 commercial self-storage units, on the basis that it meets the prescribed tests in accordance with the Planning Act, subject to the conditions as outlined in Appendix E of this report.
