de Winter Be It Resolved that the Creemore Business Improvement Area Board hereby receive the verbal President's Report for information.

de Winter Be It Resolved that the Creemore Business Improvement Area Board hereby receive the verbal Treasurer's Report for information.

de Winter Be It Resolved That the Creemore Business Improvement Area Board approve the 2026 Draft Budget as amended, and THAT an Annual General Meeting be held to present the budget to the Creemore Business Improvement Area members for approval, and THAT Nancy Johnston and Sara Hershoff be nominated to present the 2026 Budget at the Clearview Township's 2026 Mayor Budget Meeting on November 18th at noon.

de Winter Be It Resolved THAT the Creemore Business Improvement Association Board receive the donation of $2,890.00 from Marilyn Badger, representing payment made directly for contracted weeding services on Mill Street; AND THAT the Creemore Business Improvement Association Board issue a charitable tax receipt to Marilyn Badger for her contribution.

Be It Resolved that the Creemore Business Improvement Area Board approve the 2025/2026 meeting schedule.

Be It Resolved that the Creemore Business Improvement Area Board schedules the Annual General Meeting for November 13, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Creemore Springs Brewery.
